Band Workshops:
Music Make’anics band workshops are available to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
We deliver a variety of content including Composition, Songwriting, Arranging, Rehearsal, Performance and Recording.
We aim to deliver music education in a fun and practical way. We do this by getting straight to creating music and just making it happen.
This hands on "sonic" approach to creating music is very organic and allows individuals a much more intuitive way to learn.
Any skill difficulties that arise can be addressed quickly by rapid adaptations to arrangements thus enabling everyone regardless of skill level to participate towards the collaboration.
It’s well known that working in a band environment has a tendency to elevate the skill level and confidence of players at an exponential rate.
Working collectively develops key life skills that will serve anyone well who wishes to pursue a career in the music industry. The same is true for individuals who just want some regular social engagement with others.
The therapeutic effects of music participation are well documented and validated by extensive research.
Music Make’anics aims to inspire and educate the next generation of creatives. With our diverse skill set and knowledge in our field, we can contribute to the realisation of the musical potential our students have to offer.

Tuition:
Can be delivered 1&1, instrument specific groups or a small ensemble.
Instruments: Voice, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Ukulele, Harmonica, & Various hand percussion.
Other Tuition: Songwriting, composition, arranging, rehearsal, performing, live sound & recording.
P.A and backline are provided. Bring your instrument or use ours.
Traditional instrument tuition can also be acquired.
Rates: (+ mileage)
Band Workshops: £200 a day (5hrs max)
Other Workshops: £40/hr (low weight equipment)
1&1Tuition: £35/hr
